🚀 Getting Started

How do I start earning?

Head to the Earn page and pick any survey from the grid. You'll be taken to our offerwall partner's site to complete it. When you finish, coins are credited to your CoinChest balance — usually within a minute, occasionally up to an hour.

If it's your first time, the surveys are matched to the region you chose when you signed up, so you'll see offers relevant to where you live.

What are bonus tasks?

The Bonus Tasks section below your surveys lists one-time achievements that auto-unlock as you progress — like earning your first 100 coins or completing your first redemption. Each grants extra coins when you click Claim.

📋 Surveys

Why don't I see any surveys?

The most common cause is a missing or incorrect region. Surveys are geo-targeted — without telling us where you live, our partner can't match any to you. Set it on the Account page.

The second most common cause: brand-new accounts often start at zero matches because our partner builds your profile after your first 1–2 completions. Start with any "profile first" survey to bootstrap.

I completed a survey but didn't get credited

Most credits land within 60 seconds, but some can take up to an hour. If it's been longer than that:

1. Check your Account → User ID matches what you started the survey with (clearing your browser data resets it).

2. If you were disqualified partway through, no credit is awarded — that's how all panel-based surveys work.

3. If everything looks right, contact us with the survey ID (visible on each card) and your User ID — we can investigate with the partner.

What does "📹 Cam" mean on a survey?

That survey requires webcam access — typically for qualitative research where the researcher wants to see your reactions. These pay more than text-only surveys but obviously require you to be comfortable on camera. Skip them if not.

What does "% finish" mean?

The completion rate from previous users who started this exact survey. 85%+ is great (you'll almost certainly finish and get paid). Under 30% means most people get screened out — try a different one unless you specifically match the target.

💳 Redemptions

How do I cash out?

Once you have enough coins, head to the Redeem page and pick a reward. We'll deduct the coins immediately and submit your request for review.

How long does approval take?

Usually 1–3 business days, sometimes faster. While your request is Pending, the coins are held but not yet sent — you can see status updates in the "Your Redemptions" section on the Redeem page.

What if my redemption is denied?

If a request is denied (for fraud checks, unfulfillable rewards, etc.), the coins are automatically refunded to your balance. You can try a different reward or contact us if you think the denial was an error.

⚙️ Account

What's my User ID and why does it matter?

Your User ID (visible on the Account page) is the anonymous identifier that ties your activity together. It's sent to our offerwall partner so they know who to credit when you complete a survey. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, you get a new ID and your local progress resets — though your server-side balance and redemption history remain intact.

Can I change my region?

Yes — go to the Account page and pick a new country. New surveys will match the new region from that point on.

Don't game it though: completing a US-targeted survey while you're actually in the UK will get you disqualified and may flag your account.

How do I delete my data?

Clear your browser's storage to remove everything stored locally (see our Cookie Policy). For server-side data deletion, email us at privacy@coinchest.local and we'll remove your account within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Still stuck?
Our community runs on Discord — that's the fastest way to get a real person. For account-specific issues, email is better since we can look up your User ID.
